    • Festival Market Vendor Refund Policy Spirit of the Rockies Festival 2026 The Spirit of the Rockies Festival appreciates your participation in our Festival Market. Please review the following refund and weather policies prior to submitting your vendor application and payment. ________________________________________ Refund Schedule • Full Refund: Cancellations received on or before May 18, 2026, will receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee. • Partial Refund: Cancellations received from May 19 to June 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund less a 5% processing fee. • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026, for any reason. ________________________________________ Weather Policy The Festival Market is a rain or shine event. Please note that no refunds will be given due to inclement weather, including rain, wind, or other natural conditions that may affect outdoor operations.
    • The Spirit of the Rockies Society is a non-profit organization.
    • Fees go towards setup costs and promotion of the event. All fees include GST
    • Market fee is for rent of your vendor space(s) only. Vendor is responsible for their own tents, tables etc.

      Vendor must supply own tent, tables, chairs etc. No electrical power available.
    • $ 0.00 CAD
    • As the weather can change quickly, please make sure your tent is securely fastened using tent weights or bags (not supplied by Spirit of the Rockies Society)
