Central Fairgrounds Booth Refund Policy Rockiesfest 2026 The Spirit of the Rockies Society appreciates your participation in our Festival Market. Please review the following refund and weather policies prior to submitting your vendor application and payment. ________________________________________ Refund Schedule • Full Refund: Cancellations received on or before May 18, 2026, will receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee. • Partial Refund: Cancellations received from May 19 to June 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund less a 5% processing fee. • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026, for any reason. ________________________________________ Weather Policy The Central Fairground Booths event is a rain or shine event. Please note that no refunds will be given due to inclement weather, including rain, wind, or other natural conditions that may affect outdoor operations.
