Don’t miss your chance to be part of th e 2nd annual Rockies Cup -- Kickin it in the Kootenays!\n\n \;\nRegist er here!\n2026 Rockies Cup – 7v7 Tournament\nJune 19–21 | Cranbrook\, BC\n\n\n\nTournament Overview\nThe 2026 Rockies Cup features an exciting 7 v7 format designed for fast-paced\, competitive play in a fun and engaging environment.\n\n\n\n\nDivisions &\; Categories\nTeams will compete in the following categories:\n\n\n Men’s\n Women’s\n Coed\n Masters - - Men's 35+\n\nNote: If there are not enough teams registered in the Maste rs division\, those teams will be placed into the Men’s division.\n\n\n\ n\nTournament Setup\n\n Players on Field: 7 (6 field players + 1 goalkeep er)\n Roster Size: Maximum 12 players per team\n Game Length: Two 20-min ute halves (40 minutes total)\n Halftime: 3–5 minutes\n Clock: Running time (stoppages only for serious injuries)\n\n\n\n\nPoints System\nTeams will earn points during round robin play as follows:\n\n\n Win: 3 points\ n Draw: 1 point\n Loss: 0 points\n\n\n\n\nTiebreakers (Round Robin)\nIn the event of a tie in standings\, the following criteria will be used:\n\n \n Goal Differential\n Goals Scored\n Head-to-Head Result\n Penalty Sh ootout\n\n\n\n\nGame Rules\n\n No offside rule\n Unlimited rolling subst itutions (must occur at center and are pending referee approval)\n Kickof fs may be played forward or backward\n Kick-ins replace throw-ins\n All free kicks are indirect (except penalty shots)\n\n\n\n\nDiscipline\n\n Ye llow Card:Player serves a 2-minute penalty and team plays short\n Red Car d:Player is ejected from the match\n\n Team plays short for 5 minutes\n Player is suspended for the next match\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKnockout Stage Rules\n \n No extra time will be played\n Tied games will be decided by a 3-play er penalty shootout\n\nImportant Notes:\nCheck Results: Be sure to check r esults at Moir Field Headquarters after Saturday’s play to see your team ’s position for Sunday.\n \nRefunds:\nRefunds will be provided minus a $40 admin fee.
