Community Event Registration

The Spirit of the Rockies Festival exists to showcase EVERYTHING about Cranbrook! The festival will promote your registered event/activity starting at only $25.00.

Sanctioned EVENTS are published (in print and online) on the OFFICIAL SPIRIT OF THE ROCKIES FESTIVAL SCHEDULE

A festival activity will build staff morale, program awareness and/or business client base as well as heighten branding exposure.

The volunteer festival committee considers all activity organizers “in-kind” sponsors. Recognition will be provided on the Spirit of the Rockies website Sponsor page as well as on the full page ‘THANK YOU’ ad published post event.

FESTIVAL EVENT GUIDELINES
1. It must enhance the festival and be available to everyone (unless liquor laws apply)
2. Organizers must have the volunteers/staff to deliver and facilitate the event/activity successfully.
3. It must be financially self-sustaining without causing any undo strain on existing registered events.
4. Additional fees may apply if your proposal is a revenue generating event.
