Spirit of the Balls Bocce Tournament Team Refund Policy RockiesFest 2026 Thank you for registering for the Spirit of the Balls Bocce Tournament! We appreciate your participation and support of this community event. Please review the following refund and weather policies carefully before submitting your team registration and payment. ________________________________________ Refund Schedule • Full Refund: Cancellations received on or before May 18, 2026, will receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee. • Partial Refund: Cancellations received from May 19 to June 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund less a 5% processing fee. • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026, for any reason. ________________________________________ Weather Policy The Bocce Tournament is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, including rain, wind, or other outdoor conditions that may impact play. Tournament organizers will make every reasonable effort to continue or reschedule games as conditions allow.
